CC warns of possible imprisonment if decision not upheld

PHNOM PENH, 12 September 2013 (The Cambodia Herald) -- The Constitutional Council on Thursday issued a
statement warning that those who violate or don't abide by its decision
could be sentenced up to one year in prison or fined up to 600,000
riel.
"The Constitutional Council has already examined and solved the 15 election complaints filed by the Cambodia
